ABC's of How to Order Your Suppresor

Thank you for choosing Evocatus Strategic for you Suppressor purchase!

 

This letter is to answer general questions and to help make the process as quick and easy as possible. Once you have purchased your suppressor, you will need to obtain and forward to Evocatus a copy of the items listed below. After we have received all items, we will submit an ATF eForm 4 and the wait beings. We will not submit your eForm 4 until we have all items required by the ATF. Otherwise you risk a denial and a much longer wait as we repeat the process.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON NFA Title II firearms due to delays.

If you are purchasing title II firearms (i.e. suppressors, short barrel rifles/shotguns) as an individual:

Digital Passport Photo (less than one year old)

Electronic (must be ETF file) or Paper fingerprints*

 

If you are purchasing title II firearms (i.e. suppressors, short barrel rifles/shotguns) using a Trust:

Digital Passport Photo (less than one year old)

Electronic (must be ETF file) or Paper fingerprints*

* Submitting paper fingerprint cards will slow the approval process! Your processing time will not start until they have been received and entered by the ATF.

The ATF is shooting for 90 day return on eForm 4s. They have been faster and sometime slower.
